Meeting of the Executive Body of POSF for preparation to participate in Greece Championship
Rawalpindi, Dec 22 :
A meeting of the Executive Body of the Pakistan Oriental Sport Federation (POSF) was held under the supervision of President POSF Mr. Khalid Bhatti in POSF head office at Rawalpindi.Meeting was started at 05:00 p.m with the permission of president. General Secretary Mr. Abdul Qadir Rajput presented the agenda of the meeting. The main issue of the agenda was to finalize the preparation to participate in WOF World Seniors Championship 2009 held on 5th -9th February 2009 in Athens, Greece.

Rocky Fighters Won One Gold and Four Bronze Medals

Rocky Fighters have won One Gold Medal and Four Bronze Medals in 1st World Best of the Best Championship held on 18-22 October 2008, in Tehran Iran. Rocky Fighters Team consisting of three players Mr. Shahid Tariq, Mr. Saqib Shah and Mr. Dil Sameer (Sunni) has participated in separate fights in Kick Boxing and Muay Thai matches. All the three players participated and won the medals.Three players of Rocky Fighters went to Tehran, Iran on 17-10-2008 to participate in "1st World Best of the Best Championship". They were see off with traditional enthusiasm and prayers. Two players had the honour to win couple of Bronze Medals in Last Tournament held in Tehran-Iran. The Club members are very pleased on their best performance and feels proud to mast the Pakistan Flag on Victory Stand.
